Local business. Shared ambition. A stronger future for Kilrush.
Kilrush Chamber of Commerce brings businesses and the wider community together to support a thriving town. We champion local enterprise, encourage collaboration and promote Kilrush as a place to shop, visit, work and do business.
Our town’s strength lies in its people: the independent retailers, service providers, hospitality businesses, employers and community organisations that contribute to everyday life in Kilrush. The Chamber provides a shared voice and a place to work together on the opportunities and challenges facing our town.
Supporting local business
Running a business takes commitment, energy and ideas. We believe it also benefits from connection.
Our aim is to help local businesses build relationships, share experience and reach new customers. Through meetings, joint promotions and opportunities to get involved, we encourage businesses to support one another and contribute to the town’s success.
Whether you are an established business, starting something new or working independently, your perspective matters.
Bringing Kilrush together
A busy, welcoming town benefits everyone. We support a collaborative approach to promoting Kilrush, encouraging footfall and creating reasons for people to spend time here.
From shop-local campaigns and seasonal activities to conversations about the town’s future, our focus is on practical initiatives that businesses and the community can get behind.
We want to celebrate what makes Kilrush distinctive while helping it grow and adapt.
Shop local. Stay local.
Choosing a local business helps sustain local jobs, services and the character of our town. It supports the people who open their doors each morning, know their customers and invest their time in Kilrush.
Our business directory makes it easier to discover local shops, services and organisations. Our news and events pages share what is happening and offer more reasons to explore everything Kilrush has to offer.
